Mcdonald's - St-Romuald

I ordered the crispy chicken instead of the grilled option. Since it's a new restaurant, I think there's potential for improvement.

The new McDonald's is quite nice, but when we visited, we were the only ones in the restaurant and ordered three items. Unfortunately, they forgot the cheese in the cheeseburger! I understand that the age of the employees may have played a role in this oversight, and I believe everyone deserves a chance to improve. It took four staff members before we finally found someone who could add the slice of cheese. Overall, the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere; they just need some time to train their staff!

Not recommended! I waited far too long for fast food. They just tossed everything into the bag, so there was no way to check the order. When I got home, I discovered that one burger was missing. I returned to the restaurant, and the manager was very disrespectful—didn’t even apologize! What a shame!

Quick service and error-free, that's all I expect from Don.

The service was quick and precise, and the fries were piping hot! It was convenient to get in and out, even though the place was crowded.
