Ive been coming here for over a decade. Best food for the value in the city. It's hard to eat out under $15-$20 these days but Number 1 is a rare exception. I can get full here for under $10. Also the people that run the place are extremely friendly View all feedback.
What Liz Cardello doesn't like about Number One Kitchen:
Service is HORRIBLE!!! I started to give my order and the lady answered the phone and took that order instead. I asked about the free chicken with $40 purchase and she rudely snapped the answer (which i didnt hear) and walked away. The food isn't worth the View all feedback.
This is the worst Chinese place ever.there food was disgusting the chicken is not cooked well, was soft greasy and gross and just not right fell apart to easy. the lady don’t know how to speak English the place is dusty, and dirty. They look at you weird like you shouldn’t be looking back there at them cooking. stay safe out there I’m NEVER going there AGAIN that’s a waste of money($18 for 2 combos to be exact)!!!!! They are definitely not cooking real meat it’s more like rats and rodents.I had a bad after taste on my tongue and it felt like I got a lil headache after.

VERY GOOD FOOD... WE HAVE BEEN ORDERING HERE FOR YEARS AND NEVER LEFT A REVIEW.... EGG FOO YOUNG IS GREAT ALL THE FRIED RICE IS GOOD AND HAVE A VERY DISTINCT WOK FLAVOR LIKE AN OLD SEASONED CAST IRON EGG ROLLS SPRING ROLLS CRAB RANGOONS DUMPLINGS ITS ALL GOOD WE ORDER FROM HERE ALOT AND ONLY HAD 1 PROBLEM WICH WAS FIXED AND TAKEN CARE OF.... NO1 KITCHEN IS THE BEST IN THIS AREA HANDS DOWN
Shrimp fried rice is too soft. Egg rolls were good. Place not the cleanest.
Maybe if u like non spicy American food that looks like oriental food it's fine. But, coming from actually eating oriental foods growing up. I can not give this food any better rating due to the name and food then received.Vegetarian options: They said they make everything from scratch if so. That's great.They did assist with my allergies. I was great full for that. The lady on the phone was nice. My order did get messed up due to what we called lo mein vs hers ?
