Really enjoyed this place the portion sizes are pretty good for the amount you pay and the food has flavor. It's hard to find a good Mexican restaurant up here in Pittsburgh and I did enjoy it.Kid-friendliness: Lots of options for the kids menu! View all feedback.
What Paul J Pantano doesn't like about El Paso:
This was one of our favorite places for our Friday group to eat however after all these years of great food and service they slipped a fee on to my bill, “ checkout fee”. I did the math and it worked out to 3.5%. So they are trying to recoup the credit card fees. Well, they will lose our business. Never had a problem with them raising their prices, but this backhanded , after the sale charge infuriates me. I would ha... View all feedback.

We went to 4 different restaurants in the area and all had about a 45 minute wait, but when we got to El Paso we were seated right away. Not because they weren't busy... But because they are FAST.Our server was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was quick and delicious with perfect serving sizes. Well be back soon!
(Rating is provisional, based on 1 online/takeaway order. I had the chicken chimi, and my wife had (I think the mixed fajitas. I ate all of mine and she insisted that hers was more than she could eat and that I have some of it as well. It was all quite good, and still hot when we got it home. Everything seemed made very fresh (we are both a bit picky about that, and tend to notice if it's not .Service was pretty quick, especially considering it was just before 8 PM on Valentine's Day. Staff all very polite (and I didn't realise until later that I'd actually arrived about 10 minutes early, sorry about that! . I was only inside for a few minutes to pick up our order, but it looked a nice place, clean, pleasant atmosphere. I think we'll be back sometime soon, maybe this time to dine in.(I didn't avail myself of it, but they also had what looked like a well-stocked serviced bar.
It's Mexican in its finest American form or better yet a if you want a fancy taco bell with lots of burrito and quesadilla options. This is the place for you. If you want a building that has heat, and possibly hot water, you may want to go to another establishment. However, it was amazing for what it is, and if I'm in the area I may go back, but I wouldn't go out of my way.
It was really good. A little pricey but all Mexican restaurants kinda are.
