Surprisingly good wings. Juicy and crispy, I suspect they're brined and lightly breaded. They have a great house hot sauce on the table.Beers are a bit on the expensive side at $6/draft for a basic beer, but that may be status quo in this area.Modern digs that might make for a good date or hangout spot. What WILD MAN doesn't like about Bill's Burger:
It took 2 hours to get non-alcoholic drinks and then upon getting food we got zero refills and had to spend another hour waiting on a bill to pay. We asked the waitress for condiments and were given empty bottles of ketchup as well. This restaurant in Pittsburgh needs an update to their services and guest hospitality! View all feedback.
Wow. I never had a server this bad! It was so bad that we had to wait 1/2 for drinks. It was so bad, the manager came by and we reordered our drinks. The manager then had to take our order.All this happened inside an empty restaurant. Next time I’m going Jimmy John’s. This place sucks!!

I have to say first of all the fact that I didn't know this was inside of a hotel was frustrating, so because of this I had to pay $8 to park in a parking garage to be there for an hour, and then to top it off we spent almost $50 just to get two tasteless burgers teeny bit of fries. The milkshake was good .The atmosphere was so loud and distracting that my son asked could we leave and eat in the car. It was busy so I guess that's why we didn't see our server much but I really wasn't impressed and I will not go back. It took a long time for us to get our food and by the time we got it we were just so ready to go especially my young son so we ate quickly paid our bill and left.
Very racist will seat other colors first before blacks no matter if you have reservation or not .. I waited for an hour for 2 seats either at the bar or at a table and watched the guy allow people without reservations to skip me
