We live nearby and visit Pret very regularly, along with local independent restaurants. We find the staff to be friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. Occasionally, during peak times when it's incredibly busy, we've even helped out by cleaning plates and cups. We know most of the employees personally and have the highest praise for all of them.
