I prefer Cafe Nero over Costa. The coffee tastes better there, and the service is quick and friendly. You can choose to sit inside or enjoy an outdoor seat. They also have a handy app that allows you to pay and collect loyalty stamps.
Good last and tasty sausage and panacetta roll.
