Love the atmosphere in season. Chill bar. Go for the big mugs of german brews. Good beer selection.
This is the only decent restaurant left in the village/mountain area right now. The owner really knows what he's doing, and I've heard that the fish comes in fresh from Hawaii. The only downside is that it's pretty pricey—about $20 for any roll. Additionally, it's not open as often as I would like. However, if you're looking to eat in the village, this is your best option.
The sushi here is of exceptional quality and arrives fresh from Hawaii each day. While the prices are quite high, this is understandable given the location in a mountain resort and the fact that you're enjoying fresh sushi 300 miles from the coast, deep in the Green Mountain National Forest. If you're in the mood for sushi, this is definitely the best choice.
