We were visiting from nyc for the weekend and had dinner here on Saturday night. It was delicious; We had the pork belly, orecchiette, and duck breast and each dish was amazing. Highly recommend!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 View all feedback.
What David K doesn't like about Verde:
I hate this place, like they sell meat only things it disgusts me and other people who are 100% vegan for life. Please oh please! Get some vegan options this service is absolutely terrible too! The waiter pointed his handy dandy middle finger at me Because I said where is the vegan options? I 'm so depressed now. CURSE YOU MEAT OPTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! View all feedback.

Great meal after a fun day on the mountain. Excellent burrata, great menu and nice staff. A bit upscale but we’re still talking mountain town, we loved it! Ambiance in the mountain village was awesome.

Improving from my last review of 5 months ago. From an experience that was easily usurped buying street meat in NYC to slowly becoming the the Verde of old. Staff is trying hard, but can still seem overwhelmed. Smiles all around though and real desire to make Verde a fun place. The Pizzas and the Frito Misto are solid apres ski fare... Had one meal to retest the water a week ago. Unfortunately the teams culinary reach is still exceeding its grasp. Definitely still a work in progress, but for the price, best if you're not the Guinea Pig. Sadly Stratton Corporate has done what they usual do, turn something good into something not so much. The infection is still prominent and it will take time for this to subside. But the Verda team is working on it.
This is the higher end, dining experience at Stratton Mountain. Great welcoming atmosphere, but lighting could use some work. Food is rock solid. Small a choice of wine list than I remember previous visits. Upbeat, knowledgeable, and professional staff. (Sarah was great) I had the Duck appetizer and the Pork Chop. (Possibly the smallest Brussels Sprouts I have ever seen. Was hoping for venison or Boar!
