Bar802 - Stratton Mountain

In the main base village, Bar 802 is a great spot to unwind after a day of skiing. They have a good selection of beers, along with a wide variety of wines and cocktails for a pub. The food menu includes freshly made pizzas, and the bar staff are both attentive and friendly. However, they often close unexpectedly during peak days and times, so it's best to check in advance.

I went to the restaurant expecting to enjoy an overpriced burger while waiting for some friends during an event. However, within an hour of receiving my burger, I was told I needed to spend more money or leave. Pricing per person ranged from $30 to $50. Overall, I would rate the food 4/5, the service 1/5, and the atmosphere 2/5.

I had a wonderful experience at this place, stopping by for a quick drink and snack after a bit of skiing. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and we didn’t have to wait for a table, which was a nice surprise! We enjoyed a Bloody Mary, a local beer, and some chips with guacamole, and everything was fantastic!
