Even after it arriv... read more The service was incredibly slow at this restaurant. I placed a mobile order for a black coffee, but it didn't arrive until 10 minutes later. Even after it arrived, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to start preparing my order.

I recently visited Tim Hortons on a Friday night just before 7. The workers informed me that they were cleaning the grill, so there was nothing available. They... read more I recently visited Tim Hortons on a Friday night just before 7. The workers informed me that they were cleaning the grill, so there was nothing available. They were also out of muffins, bagels (despite saying they had them), sausage, bacon, and timbits. I asked what they did have, but was disappointed. I then went through the drive-thru and waited over 7 minutes before being told they no longer had bagels. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
