My sister and I each ordered the quarter chicken dinner and it was excellent. The staff are very friendly as well. Have eaten there a few times and the food is good, in fact it was better than one of the 'up-scale' restaurants in Strathroy. What Art Littel doesn't like about Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill:
I visited the restaurant on Labor Day and it took 15 minutes to be seated. It then took an hour to receive our food, which unfortunately arrived with cold chicken. However, the bread was of good quality. View all feedback.
The food was good & the staff were awesome. My party & I enjoyed eating there, & we will return again.
Ordered take out from the local Swiss Chalet and was deeply disappointed. I ordered two basic chicken sandwiches and a bowl of chicken noodle soup and a soft drink. The sandwiches were directly off the menu and were ordered without coupons. Pricing was ridiculous as my total was around $28. The going rate in this town for chicken sandwiches are under $10.
This is a combined Harvey's / Swiss Chalet restaurant so you are ordering your meal at the counter. The atmosphere is good. Service is good. Food is similar to all Swiss Chalet which is good if you like Swiss Chalet and not good if you don't.
Good Swiss Chalet chicken, but this is a Harveys/Swiss Chalet fast food dining - there are tables to eat in, but you order at the counter and server brings your food.
