A recent experience at a KFC in Strathmore has left many customers feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. This is the best KFC I've had since the seventies—it was absolutely perfect!

Strathmore KFC, congratulations on providing me with what might be the worst experience I've ever had. I won't be returning, and I seriously doubt I'll visit another KFC again. That says it all.
The restaurant is very outdated.Food is hit or miss. Staff seems to be pretty hit or miss as well.
The food is OK, but the website to order the food is atrocious, doesn't work, hard to find the menu and would not accept payment. Website is bad enough that I will never consider KFC for pick up
