The first time I... read more Stopped in twice in the last month and both times my order was wrong, I asked for triple toasted English muffin both times, just got done once. The first time I was there they forgot the Bacon and forgot to put my hash brown in the bag, the second time I watched her do the English muffin I had to ask for 2 more times and she only did once. I was fed up with the wait and said it was fine

I asked for a small burger with lettuce, tomato... read more What a great disappointment. My wife ordered a burger with light sauce. She used napkins to wipe most of it off. I asked for a small burger with lettuce, tomatoes, catsup and onions. I got a burger that was missing a tomato and lettuce. It had one thin onion. As near as I can figure it was a joke burger that may have been left over from April Fool's Day. My wife talked with them. There were no apologies, no 25 cents off next time, no nothing. We usually take food back once we discover issues but it's usually not worth the trouble. Just take our business elsewhere. Their attitudes matter though.

Whenever I stay in, I am never offered or given a frosted mug with my root beer (the only reason I stay to eat). Prices are quite high for what you get.
