Dunkin' - Stratham

This used to be a fantastic spot, but it went downhill when they installed the self-service kiosk. It's a shame you can't order from a person anymore. I ended up going to McDonald's, where they have better coffee.

The service at this restaurant was fast, efficient, and attentive two days in a row.

The wait in the drive-thru was too long. Try to keep the orders simple. If it requires cooking or toasting, park and go inside. Limit your order to 4 drinks and a dozen donuts. I waited for 12 minutes and was the 4th car in line.

Every time I go there, either my drink is messed up or my food takes forever (even when there's no cars ahead of me) only to be handed to me completely burnt or not the right food at all. I've tried going back several times for second chances, and when myfood's not messed up, the employees there are just rude. I get people have bad days and being in customer service isn't alwaysfun, but it's Every time I go that they seem rude and just grumpy. Not sure I'll be back to this location.

Slow down. keep the orders to a minimum. if it is cooked or toasts you go in. limit to 4 drinks and a dozen donuts. 12 minutes and I was the 4th vehicle.
