I've tried going back several times for second chances, and when myfood's not messed up, the employees there are just rude. I get people have bad days and being in customer service isn't alwaysfun, but it's Every time I go that they seem rude and just grumpy. Not sure I'll be back to this location.

This used to be an amazing place, but it really took a turn for the worse after they introduced the self-service kiosk. It's disappointing that you can't order... read more This used to be an amazing place, but it really took a turn for the worse after they introduced the self-service kiosk. It's disappointing that you can't order from a staff member anymore. I ended up heading to McDonald's instead, where the coffee is better.
