Craig Alexis, I believe h... read more If this is the dunkin off of exit 1 on NH 101 in the Mr.Mikes mobile gas station they are EXCELLENT!!! Absolutely perfect every time!! Craig Alexis, I believe her name was I'm bad with names), are amazing and very helpful and kind even on their craziest days. There are other girls that are wonderful there too but I don't know their names. It's just a great store all around, unlike any other! Every other dunks that I've ever been to were rude and unprofessional but this dunks is not like that at all! They're exceptional at everything and go above and beyond for their customers and they work very well together too!! I'm so happy that I found them! I will always be loyal to this dunks as long as they keep the same employees and or continue to hire similar people! Being a daily regular customer, compassion, courtesy, trust, friendliness, cleanliness, great work ethic, outstanding customer service skills response, ability to handle difficult situations tasks with a smile and ease and the exceptional quality of the food drinks they make matter sooooooo much to me!! Every time I go there, either my drink is messed up or my food takes forever (even when there's no cars ahead of me) only to be handed to me completely burnt or... read more Every time I go there, either my drink is messed up or my food takes forever (even when there's no cars ahead of me) only to be handed to me completely burnt or not the right food at all. I've tried going back several times for second chances, and when myfood's not messed up, the employees there are just rude. I get people have bad days and being in customer service isn't alwaysfun, but it's Every time I go that they seem rude and just grumpy. Not sure I'll be back to this location.

It's disappointing that you can't order... read more This used to be an amazing place, but it really took a turn for the worse after they introduced the self-service kiosk. It's disappointing that you can't order from a staff member anymore. I ended up heading to McDonald's instead, where the coffee is better.
