Dunkin' - Stratham
Dunkin'
Description
Dunkin' has received a range of reactions recently, reflecting the complexities of drive-thru dining. While some patrons lamented weaker coffee and overlooked orders, citing poor customer service and inaccurate meal preparations, others noted significant improvements in service and order accuracy. Enthusiastic supporters mentioned the friendly staff and quick service that transformed this location into their go-to coffee stop. Although there are occasional missteps, particularly during busy hours, dedicated employees are recognized for their hard work in a fast-paced environment. Overall, Dunkin' remains a popular choice, though consistency seems to hinge on staff performance and management.

This is my go-to Dunkin’ when I’m in a rush. I’ve never had a wrong order here, and whenever I get the 2 for $4 bagels, they always give me plenty of cream cheese. They really know what they’re doing. I like my food well done, and they make sure to toast my bagels perfectly. Thank you!
Although my online order wasn't ready when I arrived, I have to acknowledge the hard work of the staff. There were only two young women working at the restaurant, managing both the drive-thru and the counter efficiently and without any signs of slowing down. They were dedicated and focused on their responsibilities, although they didn’t smile. My coffee was served piping hot, which showed it was freshly made, but they did forget my Munchkins at first. When I brought it to their attention, they promptly completed my order. I would consider visiting again if I'm in the area. The restaurant is located next to Frying Pan Lane at the Circle K/Irving.
The coffee at this restaurant has weakened over the years and now needs a turbo shot just to have any real coffee flavor. I really miss the old Dunkin' Donuts coffee.
I have to confess that I struggle with trust issues because during my recent visit to the drive-thru, I requested a bagel and was told they didn't have any. That was fine since I needed to go into the gas station anyway, but when I went inside, I found a stack of bagels that looked like they had been made that morning. I honestly wouldn't have minded if the staff member had simply said she didn't want to make one. Working in the food industry myself, I know that some days can be hectic and everyone deserves a break, but it’s just not acceptable to lie to customers.
Although my online order—a coffee and some Munchkins—wasn't ready when I arrived, I want to be fair. There were only two staff members, both young women, managing the drive-thru and counter without slacking off. They were clearly busy and working hard, though not smiling. My coffee was scalding hot, which shows it was fresh, but they initially forgot the Munchkins. Once I pointed it out, they promptly completed my order. I’ll visit again if I’m in the area. The location is next to Frying Pan Lane at the Circle K/Irving.
