The restaurant is understaffed, the employees are under trained, and the service is unfriendly. The manager tends to lecture customers with excuses rather than ensuring that things are done right. I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. The staff at the drive-thru were more focused on joking around with each other than on properly securing the lids on the hot beverages they were handing out. When I received my hot coffee, I immediately noticed that the lid was not on tight and it popped off, spilling coffee all over me and my car. The coffee was so hot that it burned my hand, causing me to throw it out the door. I expressed my frustration to the drive-thru clerk, but was met with a blank stare and no apology. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was none. The staff then instructed me to lower my voice and not use strong language, instead of addressing the issue at hand. It was clear that they were more concerned with my reaction than with their negligence that resulted in me getting burned by hot coffee. If I hadn't checked the coffee immediately and continued driving, it could have led to a serious accident. The workers at this restaurant failed to see the severity of the situation, and instead found my reaction unreasonable. It is unacceptable for them to neglect securing the lids on the cups, leading to customers getting injured and potentially causing dangerous situations.
The coffee at this restaurant has lost its strength over the years and now requires a turbo shot to taste any coffee flavor. I miss the old Dunkin' Donuts coffee.

I had a disappointing experience at this drive-thru coffee shop. I placed my order, which was clearly labeled on the cup, but the employees didn't pay attention to it. They complained to each other when they realized they had made a mistake by putting the cream in the cup instead of on the side. I was frustrated with the lack of customer service and even though I paid extra for my coffee, they didn't apologize or offer to fix it. It would have been nice if they had acknowledged their mistake and offered to remake my order as I had originally requested.
