What can I say. The coffee is wonderful, service is great. The fries are awesome and so are the burgers!!
Good price and food at this 24 hour location. The manager was very helpful in telling me of specials and coupons that would apply.
The food at this visit was not great I had a burger that was dressed wrong choice and had it returned I finally gave up. The man of the cash didn't seem like he like this job very much. I know it's fast food but it should taste good. The French fries were extremely salty to the point where they were unbearable to eat
In the past, regardless of when I went and how many items I ordered, they always messed up my order somehow. I called once regarding an error with my order and was annoyed by the reaction of the employee I spoke with. My bag was missing an item. She claimed to remember personally filling my order at the drive thru and stated that she had put said item in my bag, and argued with me when I said it wasn't there. I guess the customer isn't always right.The last time two times I was there, things seemed to be improving. They've fixed the screen at the drive thru. Wish they would put the receipt in the bag every time.
This McDonalds is the worst when it comes to customer service and getting an order right. I’ve worked at McDonald’s when I was a teenager and continued being in the customer service industry for the past years and I’ve never treated people the way...they treat people. The people over the mic in the drive thru talk over you and don’t let you finish then when you see them at the first window toss the debit machine at you without a hello. The people at the second window toss your food at you and shut the window.. no hello or that is all have a great day.. It takes two seconds to say those things and not come across rude. Then when you go in to correct your meal, which you pretty well have to do every time you order. They blame you for getting the order wrong. Well.. if your workers actually let me finish you would of gotten the order correct possibly.. then make you pay for their mistakes..just overall terrible service every time we go through.. it’s become a joke of oh will they talk to us or get our order wrong today? Maybe both?
