Vegan restaurant and almost 100% gluten-free except bread. As a celiac and milk unbearable, it was very exciting to choose everything on the menu. And Desserts too! Excellent service and atmosphere. Very recommended View all feedback.
What SoulShine EO doesn't like about Grounded:
Expensive. Food is bland. Portions were ‘meh’. Ingredients listed on menu board was missing in both dishes. You have to pay for a food container (how else am I going to eat it? and the offer to reimburse for reuse meant downloading a 3rd party app which was sketchy. View all feedback.
Wonderful! Lunch and desserts were very tasty! Glad we took the time out of our day to travel to Stratford to support this establishment!
I am always greeted with a big bright smile from Heather when entering Grounded. The food is amazing and there are always new delicious treats and specials to choose. Highly recommended!
A hidden gem that’s not so hidden!A recent family emergency left them closed for a weekend (a note was left on the door) and someone gave a one star review…?!
Please update your hours. Drove quite a ways to have a nice day in Stratford. Unfortunately, a family member was left without food to eat. We went during business hours (and a sign out front said that they were supposed to be open) and the door was locked. Another business stated this place is closed and for sale. Very disappointing.
