Although they don't offer a specific gluten-free menu, the staff at this restaurant are willing to explain which dishes are safe to eat. The only gluten-free options available are sandwiches, nachos, and salad. However, if you have celiac disease, some of the sandwiches may not be safe due to the lack of a designated fryer for fries. I decided to try the chicken club sandwich with a gluten-free bun and was initially hesitant because the bun looked too good to be true. Fortunately, I didn't experience any negative reactions, so I was pleased with my meal. Cheers to a successful gluten-free dining experience!
I had a good meal at this restaurant. They offer gluten-free buns for their burgers, and they even had a gluten-free Buffalo chicken sandwich, which was a pleasant surprise. I ordered the sandwich and it was delicious. The waitress mentioned that there is a specific button on their computer to make the sandwich gluten-free. Overall, it was a good meal, although there aren't many options if you're not in the mood for a sandwich. My boyfriend had a regular burger, which was a bit dry but still satisfying.
I had a fantastic dining experience at a pub in Stratford. The macaroni and cheese was the best I've ever had, the boar burger was juicy and flavorful, and the corn chowder was also delicious.
I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The corn chowder was outstanding and the fries were cooked perfectly. The fish batter was a bit too thick for my taste, but that could just be a personal preference. The service was excellent and the atmosphere of the restaurant gave off an authentic feeling of an Irish pub. I would definitely recommend this place.
I arrived at the restaurant around 3pm and was surprised to see that it was still quite crowded, most likely due to the Stratford Festival and it being the weekend. My group ordered 2 pounds of wings and 1 Boar Burger for two people. We were pleased with the generous portion and delicious flavor of the wings. The restaurant claims to have the Biggest Wings in Perth County, which may be true (though some wings were smaller than others). The Boar Burger was okay, but not as memorable as the wings. Despite it being off-peak hours, the food was served hot and crispy. Overall, I was happy with the food quality. However, the service was lacking. I asked for water, but it was not brought to me until I ordered beer. The wait for food was longer than expected. I would suggest visiting after a show, rather than before, just to be safe.
