We visited the Royal Oak on Thursday and had a table booked for 4:30. When we arrived, we were shown to our table by a very friendly and efficient server. Our drinks arrived quickly after ordering. I ordered the cod and chips, my wife had the lamb roast, and my son had the pasta of the day which was spaghetti. The fish was cooked perfectly, moist throughout, and came with plenty of chips.
