I didn't really know before this noon because even if it is placed in the large Pass d'Austerlitz street, Vertu 'ose is rather discreet. I took a menu of the day at 5 euros (salted clam with potato cake and red cabbage) which was honestly delicious. Although the portion seemed small to me at the base, I was just well filled at the end of my plate. Large eaters can prefer to complete with an entrance. For the minimum price of 5 euros, the meal is really worth it, the products are fresh and local and the flavors as well as the diversity are at the rendezvous. I also took a compote at 2€50 (when we see the size of the compote again the price is more than reasonable) which was very good as well. I don't know their soup or their inlet/sandwichs yet, but the prepared dishes they have already conquered me, I highly recommend this little "fast-food"!

She is very friendly and it turns out she wants these customers to feel good and behave. She takes her work at heart and it feels well and especially well done. The concept is pleasant and for the value-price ratio I think it's Honnête! Bravo to Vertuose! See you later.
