A place full of passion and love. The owner is one of the nicest people I met in Strasbourg. She immediately helped us find a table and sas super friendly. The wine is naturally and well chosen. A MUST TRY is the homemade hummus. I was rarely so fascinated by a hummus. Definitely a place to go in Strasbourg
If they do not want to be disappointed by real French service and do not speak French, they should not visit this restaurant. I wanted to drink coffee. the thing is that people work there, don't understand English, so I had to wait 30 minutes while they commanded French editors. Moreover, when they come there in the midday period, they can not order a cup of coffee unless they order something to eat before, and even if they order a simple sandwich they call it to go and sell it for 5 euro (6-7 US dollars), they are kindly asked to leave the restaurant and eat it outside. all in all, I wish I did not visit this restaurant and spoil my impression of france.
It may not please, it has character. I like it. I fell in love with this place where my students celebrate as much as my taste buds. it's good, it's nice, it's healthy and it changes. good work girl olivier ps: her smile is deserved, they are so much more beautiful when they smile, kiss
Modern simple concept. Great fresh foods perfect quality. So friendly costumer served. Very nice house made dessert. Resonable prices. Like this place!
1st experience in March. Not having time to have lunch on the spot, I ask the saleswoman if it is possible to have something to take away (seeing the salads in the window). She replies no, that it is only possible to have a croque monsieur or a sandwich. I opt for the croque monsieur, nicely presented and tasty but which does not last all afternoon (a snack is a must). 2nd experience today after hearing a lot about it. The decor is really great but no table for people who come solo (personally it doesn't bother me but you have to appreciate being in the window at the bar). I opted for the meal tray: nothing to say about the dish, everything was excellent and well seasoned, the fish cooked perfectly and once again nicely presented. I hadn't paid attention to the fact that the dessert was included in the meal tray and therefore imposed: chocolate mousse. Not eating chocolate I ask if it is possible to have something else, even a coffee suits me very well. It's a definite no ... I'm about to leave and someone comes to bring me a shortbread biscuit (probably the remains of a pie shell). When paying, surprise... The tray was displayed at 11€50 but I was asked for 13€50. I guess it is the price of the drink, I had however asked for a classic still water which arrived in a small carafe (admittedly embellished with some herbs but not worth this price) YES for the quality of the dishes and the flavors NO for the service (and if you have a good fork)
