Everything was great, flavors I had never tasted before. The two accompanying wines (for the agreement) were very well chosen! The concept is a surprise menu, from 4 to 9 services, depending on the arrivals of raw materials and inspirations of the chef, who can change each week and even every day. We were on Saturday night and chose the variant in 9 services. We were not disappointed, on the contrary. The menu was wonderfully composed, the logical thread of the very well brought dishes and a beautiful creativity. We spent the day tasting wines at the wine fair in Strasbourg and we did not necessarily expect to drink with the meal, but when we finally decided to do so, we were well advised. Beautiful coordination for the service that was very professional and user-friendly at once. We appreciated the very clear explanations of the servers for each dish (especially as we didn't know what we were going to eat before we saw it). In short, we were delighted by the evening spent at 1741 which, in our view, deserves more than widely its star and could pretend to glean for a second... who knows? Thank you, we'll be back...
