Shells - Strandhill

I had the vegan tacos and they were good. Interesting flavor with the curry-I wasn't sure if I liked them or not but it was better with each bite. It was very messy and they aren't served on a plate, just a wooden board, so juices were dripping onto the table. Updated from previous review on 2024-02-24

The restaurant has a delightful seaside aesthetic and offers a selection of local brews. They serve a daily vegetarian dish and also feature an open vegan sandwich. I tried the seaweed pesto penne with zucchini ribbons and asparagus, and it was so good that I almost wanted to lick the bowl!

The vegan options were incredibly rich, and I absolutely love this place. They are working on expanding their vegan offerings, so I encourage everyone to visit and show support for the growing demand for veganism! Additionally, there's a lovely shop inside where you can find a variety of mindfulness products and fantastic vegan items. Updated from my previous review on June 30, 2022.
