Taco Bell - Strafford

Taco Bell in strafford is turning into the local McDonald 's. The last 6 months has been awful. A few weeks ago we went into the restaurant and they messed up my nachos an I took them to the counter an one woman loudly said I know those nachos didn 't have pico when it left so my husband says reply 's so you think I took it home an put pico on for the heck of it? She remade them an had someone else hand them over. Fast forward to today, going through the drive through I ordered the chicken chalupas no tomatoes and add nacho cheese sauce. We are pulling out of the drive though when I notice there is no taco that comes with the meal. No one was behind us so we back up An my husband infos them that there is no taco. While waiting I open my chalupas an they are beef. I 'm beyond annoyed at this point an my husband hands them the receipt and explains what is wrong. They take about five extra minutes to make the new chalupas. Then we drive off because I expect them to be correct this time around. Get home and open them up an they are covered in tomatoes and no cheese sauce. So at this point we are so done with Taco Bell. These aren 't even all the issues we have had. Just the ones that have pissed us off the most. Unfortunately there are hardly any good restaurants in Strafford, an not we have to add this one to the list.

Wont be going back to this location. A bunch of kids working there with no care in the world. I'm pissed I wasted my money. Food was cold, I was missing tacos, and my burritos had almost nothing in them and were just thrown in a wrapper. I wouldn't even feed this meal to my dog. It's embarrassing. Visited on 9/15/2020, nighttime.

I 'm not one to normally rag on fast food restaurants. I understand they are mass produced garbage and tossed together by some minimum wage worker that likely could give a **** less... and this review is taking that into consideration. I don 't hold Taco Bell to some crazy standards. Some decently filling food that is cheap and relatively quick. But this particular Taco Bell should be embarrassed by these nachos. Like are you serious? It 's like they took the crumbs at the bottom of a bag and dumped them in to the box; covering about 3/4 of the bottom, and didn 't feel like opening another bag because it 's close to closing time. And then slop the skimpiest amount of toppings into the corner and there you go. They are called toppings because you know they are supposed to top the thing. The whole thing. Like look at this picture? I 'm not expecting some heaping overflowing amount of toppings like I would find at a traditional sit-down restaurant but you know what? For $8? We are approaching sit-down restaurant prices of $9-12. Once again just look at the picture of what is included. If you were at a sit-down restaurant and they brought you this pile of Bullshit; would you even stay at the table or would you walk out of the establishment? I know which one I would do. Oh. And I upgraded for a dollar for steak instead OT ground beef. Huge mistake. Once again; I understand that steak at Taco Bell isn 't going to be some gigantic pile of filet mignon. But once again look at this picture included. Like are you serious? When something is an upgrade ; I should be able to find it easily on the finished product. I shouldn 't be able to start counting the pieces of steak on my fingers and don 't even make it past my first hand prior to running out of things to count. And let 's talk about all the other features shall we? Look at this guacamole . It might be hard to find but it 's that spec of green off to the side. And the nacho cheese is that small little glob you might seem right next to it. I mean seriously. What the **** kind of attempt at nachos is this? And this is the featured special ? This has to be some kind of joke? I just looked at the calendar and it says August so it 's a little late for April Fools. I expect to get gouged since this is a truck stop and they are providing a convenience of having you trapped with no real other options. Yeah I know the $5 special is going to be $7 going in. But wow. Just wow. I have been to a lot of these truck stop setup fast foos restaurants; but I have never seen just such a flagrant lack of giving absolutely zero fucks about cobblefucking such a complete disaster. I wish I had found a roach in it because that would be more welcome topping than what you actual receive.

The worst!!! My boyfriend and I just went and got food from there. We went through the drive through and you can barley even hear the person taking your order plus we sat there for like 10-15 mins before they ever took our order. We got everything we needed and went to pull up to the window and they forgot our water. We almost drove off without my burrito. Then my boyfriend was eating one of his potato grillers and there was like 1 or 2 potatoes in it and they were at the bottom of them burrito. Then my beefy frito burrito barley had any of the frito chips in it! We eat at a lot of Taco Bell's and this place is absolutely ****! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Always fresh ingredients and service is faster than many other area Taco Bell's in the Springfield area. If you want some fast food, this is your spot. As long as I've been coming here, I should have a reserved booth or table. Just kidding, but this actually is one of the better run Taco Bell's in SW Missouri!! I recommend it and you can trust me!
