What Ozarks Photos doesn't like about Joe's Route 66 Diner:
Disappointed. Neat little diner. Wife had hamburger which she said was OK, but nothing to rave about. I had the fried pork loin sandwich. Pork was good, not exceptional. The buns on both our items were undersized. Had onion rings. They retained too much of the frying oil. Good portion, but the rings themselves were small. No large onion rings in the order. Parking was no problem. Prices were reasonable. View all feedback.

Tiny little diner near the high school. Hubby used to eat here as a teenager. Decided to make the 30 minute drive for nostalgic reasons. Typical diner food burgers, fries, onion rings, etc.Hubby went for a cheeseburger deluxe and onion rings with a chocolate shake. I chose a chill cheeseburger and tater tots. He said the shake tasted just like he remembered, and the burger and rings were good. Throughly enjoyed my chili cheese and tots. If you are nearby, give it a try. Recommended.
Honestly didn't expect a whole lot out of such a small little place, but don't let that deceive you! The lady working the register and bringing out our food was super friendly, the food was fresh and delicious, and the prices were unbeatable! I can't recommend it enough, if you are passing by and need a bite to eat, go here!Food: 5/5
