Sgt. Pepperoni - Storrs Mansfield

This is by far my favorite pizza place! They sometimes close during the summer months, but aside from that, I have no complaints and absolutely love the pizza. Weekends can get quite busy, which may slow down the service a bit, but that's the case with any great pizza spot. Highly recommended!

I was skeptical to try this place in view of the less than four stars they have here on Google, but my friend convinced me to give him a shot and it's pretty good. We? ve was here a few times a week and have no problems with them (as mentioned in some other reviews). The staff was super nice and the pizza is pretty good.

Good pizza, this is New York. Nice and foldable. They're a little raged on sauce and cheese. But not bad at all.

I felt the need to revise my review after observing numerous responses from the owner, who seemed to make excuses for a restaurant that is rarely open and frequently discourages customers. This disappointing establishment seems to do everything it can to avoid selling pizza. The owner claimed that these issues are beyond their control, but let me be clear: they are not beyond their control. It's simply a poorly run business.

This is the best pizza spot in the area for both delivery and takeout—always consistently delicious. Their classic pepperoni pizza is fantastic; it features high-quality pepperoni that curls into little cups when baked on a nice thin crust. They also serve amazing chicken tenders, made from all white meat chicken that is perfectly breaded and crispy. Occasionally, delivery times can be longer than expected, but that's a common issue everywhere due to the driver shortages. I've tried all the places around here, and if you're in the mood for a thin crust pizza with top-notch ingredients and classic flavors, this is the place to go! I also appreciate their strict adherence to COVID safety protocols, which helps keep both staff and customers safe while they continue to serve delicious food.
