Huskies Tavern - Storrs Mansfield

I got a really bad fade on my biochem assignment so I decided to go to tav to drink some of my worries away. late into the night someone threw an ice cube at me and it hit me in the eye so i through two I 've cubes back. soon after the bouncer came up to me grabbed my arms and back and led me to the door forcefully saying not tonight as a drunk female who had no idea throwing one ice cube would get her kicked out I found this situation to be an over reaction, a display of a power hungry bouncer who thought he could touch me because I through an ice cube. i am actually 21 u like half of the idiots that go to that bar and if u next time you go there tell whoever that touchy feeling rap ey bouncer is that he needs to check himself bc he messed with the wrong chick, and not all of us are silent cows. #women matter. no but seriously they should be more careful who they mess with because it would take one call to the police to get them shut down for all the cunderage kids they serve to.

Providence College basketball fan. Was treated with respect by the staff. Excellent service and food. My only complaint (nothing to do with you guys) is to train old , angry UCONN males on how to behave in public. Not good for the establishment.

Suppose you want to book this place for a private party, DON 'T. It 's not worth the hassle. I have called them and am still waiting for an answer. How do you have two phones but can 't even answer one? They also need to set up voicemail. I have DM 'd them, but they requested to follow me instead of responding. They also say DM buzz but don 't say who or what buzz is. Additionally, I went in person at 7:30 pm on a Friday, and they were closed when it said they open at 4 pm. Terrible. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Just had the best time at Huskies Tavern- the staff was very courteous and professional, the tacos made with slow roasted pork and chicken were delicious, the band was phenomenal and so were their margaritas!! Can’t wait to go back- Highly recommend!!
