my wife and I apent the weekend at Northridge Inn and Resort, we had our meals on the hotel's restaurant, which is superb. 2 entrees, 1 bottle of wine, 1 desert = approximately $100, but worths every dollar. the place is small, ideal for a romantic dinner View all feedback.
What Soma Takács doesn't like about North Ridge Inn:
We had a pleasant dining experience. The food was excellent, and the service was good. The setting was lovely, with a beautiful patio. However, there were too many dogs allowed on the premises. It was off-putting to be enjoying a meal while watching a dog relieve itself on the lawn in front of us. Although the owner was present and had the dog on a leash, it would be better if people with pets dined elsewhere. View all feedback.
Sorry to say... it's was a real bad experience.Bad atmosphere, the people don't have any interest in you.Poor service, they realy don't now to service a wine, dinner etc.The meal was not too bad.The location is great !We will no go for dinner again.
All I can say is wow, And I'm kind of a foody and all I can say is wow.. Brett and Sandra are awesome. Best butternut squash soup Ive ever had.:)
The food is amazing. I particularly enjoyed their fresh trout and the chickpea curry. Their Sunday brunch is delicious as well. The service is great and friendly. It all takes place in a charming and relaxed dinning room with an amazing patio with great views.
My husband and I (in our early 30s) stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate our anniversary this year. We found our stay relaxing and tranquil. The property has gone through a recent ownership change and from what we can see, they are really trying to update the place. The grounds are average, little grass and more weeds. The beach is small and dirty. We spent most our our time laying out on the cement pier. The rooms have a fresh coat of paint but the bathrooms have leaky taps and discoloured tiles. The restaurant has very average food and over priced. Seemed like the only seasoning used is salt! If food was better perhaps it would be made our stay more enjoyable despite the condition of the facility. The bar has a nice cabin vibe. The staff is nice and accommodating. With that said, would we come back? Maybe in a few years once the property is upgraded but definitely wouldn't pay the current price for it.
We spent 3 days at this magical place. Lovely setting on a lake, sandy beach, tennis, etc. Lodge is beautifully done with charming antiques. Lots of nice small touches. Great owners and happy staff. Loved the food.
