Freshly Squeezed - Stoney Creek

The food at this restaurant is sophisticated yet delicious. I particularly enjoy their refreshing sugar cane juice mixed with lemon, ginger, and salt.

Every time I am served by the manager/owner, my experience is terrible. My drinks are rarely made correctly, and he becomes defensive and overwhelmed when confronted about it. There are some genuine fruit products available, but many are just concentrate or sugar mixes passed off as 100% real and healthy. I also have concerns about the hygiene of the manager/owner, as I have witnessed him leaving the bathroom without washing his hands multiple times, and the cleanliness of the bathroom is subpar. I question the hygiene practices at this establishment.

I ordered two medium juices for $15. One was orange and the other was peach. The orange juice was not freshly squeezed; instead, the Indian gentleman used Tropicana orange juice with ice. The peach juice was also standard Tropicana juice and not freshly pressed. Make sure to remind him to freshly press the juice before serving it. The name of the place is "Freshly Squeezed," but there was nothing fresh happening with the juices. Just a heads up.

Bought sugarcane juice. Highly disappointed. It was pure water with couple of drops of sugarcane juice. I do not suggest buying specially sugar cane juice from here.

They just use readymade juice from the bottles in name of fresh juice. Highly disappointed.
