What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
around 11 o'clock today I feel like the young man who was my order a bit rude. Done giving them numerous chances. The drive thru is consistently closed and service is painfull slow and rude.

11/22/21 Ordered a RT44 diet cherry limeade with a medium order of mozzarella sticks. Waited over 20 mins and still hadn’t received my order. I called back through the intercom and apparently my order was overlooked. Was told my money would be refunded. The worst part is I called Sonics customer service number and the one who answered the phone could speak very little English and then proceeded to tell me I was never at Sonic because I did not have a receipt number. When you pull into a stale for carhop you don’t get a receipt until they bring you your meal!!! Which they never did so how would I have a receipt number.. Sonic should really do better about who they have working for them in customer service. Take the time to train your employees therefore allowing them to be more knowledgeable!!!!
Was disappointed in the foot long hot dog. Very little meat hand had to request everything on it. Doesn't fully loaded mean everything?
