Some breakfast places use a lot of filler ingredient... read more This has been my go-to breakfast spot for about a year and a half. The corned beef hash is the best around. Some breakfast places use a lot of filler ingredients, but here it's just a lot of excellent corned beef and a little potato. Over easy eggsare always just right, and the home fries are crispy and delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The kitchen is sofast that it still surprises me sometimes how quickly the food is delivered to the table. I visit at least twice a month,sometimes every weekend, and it's always a pleasure.

I don't drink very much coffee when I come to Pignone's, and it's because the food comes out quickly, and then I can't put my fork down. Thepancakes have a perfectly golden surface with a fluffy and delicious interior. Hollandaise for the eggs Benedict rivals mygrandmother's, which was nearly incomparable. Eggs poached beautifully. Home fries basic, seasoned salt, roasted to golden butstill retaining the character of a potato (instead of that of a chip, as with some establishments) My one displeasure was withthe corned beef hash, which I generally prefer to be crispy, though it was still both genuine and flavorful. I was pleased thatthe real maple syrup upcharge was well worth every cent, as I received a very satisfying serving. 9/10.

BOTH Old and New owners friendly .I food IA awesome and you will not go home Hungry .Also home made Ricotta wow unbelievable They also have sauce hummus nut butter spreads and a lot more I can't remember. But listen to me or others You won't know the truth unless you try it Vegetarian options: I can't lie I don't know anything about vegetarian. Dietary restrictions: I have a few and they help me with Parking: If you can't park out front or on street plenty parking in back
