The bacon was burnt and had a rubbery taste, and there was only one slice of cheese for two dry patties. It's really unacceptable to serve food like that.

The other five were in the back, clearly having fun, with loud youthful chatter echoing through the store. Unfortunately, this group included a manager. As someone in management myself, I can confidently say that this person seemed ill-suited for the role. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger but ended up with a junior burger, and I didn't realize the mix-up until I got home. While it was clearly an error, it was one that could have easily been avoided if the staff had taken their responsibilities more seriously.

Additionally, between busy periods, they took the time to clean the grill and all workstations.
