The other five were in the back, clearly having fun, with loud youthful chatter echoing through the store. Unfortunately, this group included a manager. As someone in management myself, I can confidently say that this person seemed ill-suited for the role. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger but ended up with a junior burger, and I didn't realize the mix-up until I got home. While it was clearly an error, it was one that could have easily been avoided if the staff had taken their responsibilities more seriously.

Additionally, between busy periods, they took the time to clean the grill and all workstations.

When we arrived on time, we had to wait an additional 20 minut... read more I ordered a cheeseburger and a veggie sandwich with cheese from Five Guys for pick-up at 5:45 PM. When we arrived on time, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes because our order wasn’t ready. When we finally received our food, the veggie sandwich was missing the cheese. After requesting it, it took another 10 minutes to get the sandwich back—only to discover it had two burger patties on it. I asked why there was hamburger on my veggie sandwich and requested a remake. The employee I spoke to didn’t understand the issue and had to call the manager. I explained the situation to the manager, who agreed to remake the sandwich. After a further 10-minute wait, I received the veggie sandwich, but it was cold, and the mushrooms and onions were undercooked. I usually enjoy Five Guys and their menu, but this experience was disappointing and has made me unlikely to return or recommend the restaurant.

We ordered bacon cheeseburgers with everything except grilled onions, shared a regular fries, and had two drinks. For $32, it was an absolute steal and incredibly delicious! The place was busy, but this team handled everything like pros. The efficient system they have in place really works. Great job, Five Guys! The menu offers exactly what you want for a satisfying meal.
