She was managing everything on her own and did... read more I want to give a big shout-out to the young lady working at the Dunkin' on Montvale Ave in Stoneham this morning. She was managing everything on her own and did an outstanding job. She was understanding, polite, and handled all the customers efficiently. I was truly impressed, and I believe the owner of this Dunkin' should be incredibly grateful to her. However, I must say the owner should be ashamed for putting her in such a challenging situation; no employee should have to face that. I hope you recognize the value of this excellent young lady. 1/8/2022
