Service was terrible, atmosphere terrible, workers terrible. Workers didn't answer questions acted like they didn't hear you. Overall I give an F for Service.
Eugene and Trinity are awesome! By far the best customer service at this location that I have ever received. Please keep them and take care of them! They deserve a raise! I promise, they're earning it! Thank you both for being awesome!
We visited this location the evening of 12/21/2022 around 9pm. I didn't get the young lady's name who fixed our food but she was a young, fair-skinned girl with very long, red, faux locs/braids. When she was fixing my girlfriend's sandwich, her hair was dangling in her sandwich so I had to stop her and bring it to her attention and tell her we wanted a different sandwich. Subway...really? You have to do better. How unsanitary is it to have your employees hair, especially hair that long, to be hanging freely and touching customers' food? Who knows what type of germs hair holds, what it has touched, etc. That's nasty!! It's sad that we have to tell you this. For one, there should be a rule in place that your employees are not allowed to wear hair down if it's a certain length. What happened last night is a prime example of why. Also, she didn't seem to be knowledgeable about how to fix our food and what ingredients go on it, so we had to assist her. Lastly, she over charged me for my sandwich. I asked for a footlong spicy italian on flatbread and she charged me instead for a footlong PRO. Luckily, the young man who was on shift with her corrected the issue. He was really helpful and sweet about it. Please you guys, train your employees better! There is no reason this girl should have been preparing food without her hair, which was almost to her ankles, being secured or pinned up and under a hair net. You all need to have your employees wearing masks and hair nets while preparing food. Anything less is unsanitary and unacceptable and because of that, I will be reporting this further. There are too many viruses and diseases floating around as it is. We as customers should not have to worry about eating contaminated food due to YOUR negligence. Great job of the male cashier/associate that helped us!!
As for the food… My sandwich was just okay, which is why I’m giving this location one star. However, my husband ordered a salad and was shocked by how it was prepared. At all other Subway locations, their salads are chopped or cut up, but this time, the cheese slices were just laid on top of the salad, and nothing was chopped. It was basically like a sandwich in a bowl without the bread. When we asked if it could be chopped, he replied, "We don’t do that here." We won’t be returning to this location.
