Dunkin' - Stone Mountain
Dunkin'
Description
Dunkin' has become a topic of mixed reviews, revealing a divide between loyal customers and recent changes. While some patrons cherish the welcoming atmosphere and attentive service, especially from the drive-thru team, others express concern over new management practices, including steep price hikes for milkshakes and uncomfortable encounters with staff. The restaurant's commitment to customer comfort is evident, particularly in creating exclusive outdoor spaces. Despite the positive buzz from dedicated coffee aficionados, others warn potential visitors about possible discomfort. As Dunkin' navigates these challenges, it remains a centerpiece for both enjoyment and caution within the community.

The staff was not friendly, I can say a little racist to! I ordered hash browns and they were okay to handle me burnt hash browns. Worst location of DD!!!
The service was exceptional and the donuts were wonderfully fresh. The coffee was great as well!
I did not have a good experience here. One of the staff approached my family and me while we were sitting at our table and told us we had to leave because we come in frequently. She mentioned that other customers have offered us money during our visits, and she doesn't want that happening. I felt uncomfortable, as they seemed to be watching us closely. I would recommend being cautious if you decide to visit.
This used to be my favorite spot, but after tonight, I won’t be returning! I ordered my usual two medium thick milkshakes, which typically cost $16. However, tonight they charged me $25 for them! The person at the window mentioned that it’s under new management and that a thick milkshake now consists of four scoops, with an extra charge of $4 for each additional scoop! Are you kidding me? I will definitely not be coming back.
