While many reviews on OpenTable may be overstated, I genuinely think SAX is amazing. I always make it a priority to dine there whenever I'm in the Avalon/Stone Harbor area.

The meatloaf,... read more We drove nearly an hour just to enjoy the calamari and meatloaf at SAXS. The calamari was the best we've ever tasted, and we highly recommend it. The meatloaf, wrapped in bacon, was outstanding! To finish off our meal, we indulged in their homemade ice cream. It was a fantastic dinner! We can't wait to come back! We give this restaurant a five-star rating!
