If I had to choose between Burger King and McDonald's, I would definitely go for Burger King. Their menu includes many tastier and higher-quality options. As I write this review, I've just received my order after a 15-minute wait, which I understand might be due to the heavy traffic on the autobahn. I feel sorry for the staff who work here; they must endure a lot of difficult interactions with customers. Unfortunately, it's not their fault, but this place is truly disappointing. The place was filthy. Looked like it had not been cleaned for a week. We had been driving ving for 5 hours and just wanted to sit down and eat our meal. As we walking into seating area. A worker put a no entry sign in front of us. I tried to explain we would be quick but he would not allow us to sit. KFC were great and offered us seating. Do not buy food from burger King Staffordshire services! The man that was preparing the food was not using gloves he kept reaching in his pocket for his mobile phone, whilst preparing the burgers the man by the counter, was dismissive and abrupt!
