Contribute Feedback What Ruth Ross likes about The Upper House:
We had a party there, and the quality of the food was excellent. The pre-event advice was fantastic we were really looked after by the event guy, Phil and the staff on the day were great very professional and helpful. We stayed too, as did several of our guests, who all said their rooms were great (as was ours), and the breakfast was superb. I recommend this venue if you are looking at it for your function or party. View all feedback.

Expensive basic room and dogs and residential cat, £135 for one night Executive twin room I wouldn’t have paid more than £90 room not special dated and basic. Evening meal was ok I asked for a Yorkshire pudding and was going to be charged an extra £1 when the meal was £32 for 3 courses. Also nowhere does it say it’s dog friendly and there was dogs and also a residential cat, this needs to be added to the booking info... View all feedback.

Lovely old property up on a rise. Once home to one of the Wedgewood family. Nice garden and terrace for coffee. Good cakes Nearby activities: Near to some good walks on nearby Downs Bank. Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Romantic, Quiet
