The Top Pub - Feedback

What peter simpson doesn't like about The Top Pub:
I made a reservation for 3pm on the 3rd of October, however, the service was extremely slow. The food was very good, but it took 2 hours and 10 minutes to be served 3 courses, which is unacceptable. I even had to inquire about my dessert after waiting for 25 minutes. Unfortunately, there were no flavored gins available as we had hoped. Visited at lunchtime with a local. Lovely pub with a roaring fire. Beer is good to superbly kept. Oakham Citra is a highlight. Food is freshly cooked and well presented. Quantities are very adequate for most appetites. The lamb is gorgeous and falls off the bone. Welcome for all, walkers, cyclists, dog walkers. Bar staff are so friendly and the chef superb.
