We booked for 18.00 a table for 10 Friday 15 th Dec 2023 when we got there we were told we would have to vacate the table by 19.50 and no sizzle meals and various other meals on the menu they were concentrating on Xmas meals. They didn't explain this on the phone while we booked it was my daughter in law birthday meal we felt rushed my fish and chips was a shadow of the previous meal we have had there before a burger meal came undercooked we complained We told the waiters we felt rushed even though it wasn't there fault not a good experience at all. I shall be leaving this restaurant to the Christmas celebrations our money is as good as every other person's there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We were a party(birthday) of 11,never been here before and never will again.as soon as we sat down we were told instead of 2hr time slot we had 1hr 50 at the Absolute max,as there was a xmas party coming in.To say at every given chance we were hurried along is an understatement.
