I am a regular visitor to this Starbucks when shopping at the potteries Centre. A flat white is just perfect to start the day! This store can get very busy throughout the day, and I have to admit there can be times when the tables are covered in cups and plates. Priority should be taken to clear the tables more often when it’s busy. View all feedback.
What RandRH doesn't like about Starbucks:
Visited this Starbucks recently and it is definitely not as good as it once was. I was there reasonably early, the floors were covered in crumbs, like it hadn’t been cleaned the night before. Service was quite slow and staff were chatting behind the counter when there were tables to be cleared. Coffee was good, but the surroundings were not. View all feedback.
Keep them always for coffee break when visiting the potter. personal always friendly, with a stick 90 percent of the time bring my order to me. .
They love the caramel elite, extra caramel and an additional shot espresso. beautiful drink. the staff is polite. many thanks.

There is no disappointment here. the coffee is always delicious and the service is very nice. I recommend!
Cashier didn't realise I was waiting to pay. Accused me of jumping the queue when I had a cold drink in my hand from the other side of the counter. Rude unapologetic. Despite telling her we were staying in, drinks were given in take out cups.
