I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and well-groomed, and the restaurant was beautifully decorated and well-lit. The food was served hot and fresh in a timely manner. Additionally, when we had to wait outside in the cold for a taxi, they kindly invited us back inside to wait. I really appreciated that gesture. What Voyage729795 doesn't like about Sapphire Fine Dining:
Atmosphere was calm and inviting and very clean. Its a shame some staff appeared to be a little bit miserable. We are seasoned curry buffs and felt that the food was rather poor, 2 of the 4 starters were inedible,but were not charged for these after complaining. 1st ever visit to the restaurant and oh my god the food was amazing and the waiters were very polite and courteous I highly recommend a visit me and my family will definitely be back soon
We have eaten here on numerous occasions. Food is always exceptional staff always professional and polite.
