What User likes about Pizza Express:
the staff was very friendly and took our order really fast, eating was amazing! it was pretty busy, but the staff came to us a few times to make sure everything was in order. we used Tesco vouchers and they were more than happy to take the payment with them. we had a coffee at the end of our meal and they were nice to end with it. will definitely go back. Lovely service from the young lady who seated us to the really helpful young man who served us and helped us with car park fees/where to locate pay station too. They need to invest in a new dish washer/detergent many of the glasses on the tables looked dirty mainly due to the white marks left presumably from the dish washer, also my cutlery was dirty. We took the whole family out this evening. The children’s menu was excellent value for money we had 3 little ones with us and there was not an empty plate in site. I can highly recommend the Arabiatta prawns they were full of flavour and the calamari is possibly the best I have ever tasted. The mains were also extremely good value and to finish the deserts went down a treat. The atmosphere was great too possibly the most cleanliness restaurant I have visited. Super quick services and the staff were very friendly and attentive nothing is too much. Highly rate and we will be revisiting.

We took the whole family out for dinner tonight. The children's menu was a great value for money, especially with our three young ones, and every plate was empty by the end of the meal. I highly recommend trying the arabiatta, it was full of flavor, and the calamari was possibly the best I've ever had. The main courses were also delicious and the dessert was the perfect way to finish off the meal. The atmosphere was fantastic, likely the cleanest restaurant I've ever been to. The service was super fast and the staff were very friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble for them. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely be coming back.

This Italian chain restaurant is one of my favorites, despite being a bit pricey. The fact that they offer a student discount is a plus! The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The food was nice. But the service was disappointing. At no fault of the staff I think this was a management fault. Waiters and waitresses were expected to not only serve the food. But to also prepare deserts, serve drinks, welcome new customers and do everything else you would expect from them. Staff seemed to be under a lot of pressure with tables full of empty plates and glasses. I felt bad on the girl serving when I asked for the desert menu and even the bill as she was trying to do a lot of other things. Every resturant I have been to usually has different staff on the bar and the kitchen staff making the deserts. I wouldn't go back again, there are much better pizza places to visit.
