My wife and I recently visited Ommaroo/Palmers for their Friday feast buffet and we were blown away. The value for money at £39 is amazing and you can eat as much as you like. The variety of dishes, including crab, mussels, salads, roast beef, seasonal vegetables, and desserts, was impressive. In today's economy, providing good customer service is essential, especially in the hospitality industry. Unfortunately, it seems that the Ommaroo Hotel, even while hosting a charity event, prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. This was the worst experience I've had at a function in Jersey, and I have no plans to return. I can only imagine that the majority of the 68 guests feel the same way. View all feedback.
