The food at this restaurant is tasty, especially if you enjoy spicy dishes, but it is significantly overpriced. Unfortunately, our request for a less spicy version of one dish was ignored, so our guest had to remove the jalapenos and add extra sour cream to make it more enjoyable. Wow! This place has real (and really good) Mexican street food! What a huge improvement over the Grill Room's version that used to be here.
Mammacita opened in January, 2017 I'm pretty surprised this is their first review given how great this place is.
I would highly recommend Mammacita to anyone-- especially if you're looking for a place to escape pub food and for something untraditional to Scottish
We had a fantastic time here. The venue was great, good music and the staff and manageress, Laura were happy and attentive. The Food was amazing, beautifully served and absolutely delicious. We will definitely be visiting here again.
Mammacita has to be one of the best Mexican restaurants I have been to in many years. The setting is trendy and fun, the music creates a great atmosphere and the seating is great (you're not on top of each other). The food and drinks were incredible. We almost couldn't stop eating! This is definitely a place I would highly recomend. The burrito I had was spectacular! Definitely go here if you want a great meal and time out! Can't wait to go back!
