Kfs Fast Food - Stoke-on-Trent

Regular customer of it, but in recent months they have gone downhill. Ordered food tonight delivered to the wrong address 1 and half an hour later the driver came and sent almost the food to another wrong house. Pizza was poor. I ordered chickens that came as lamb. I'm not sorry or any driver said he sent tobright address that he obviously didn't. Food was for a family that al went to bed, how had arrived very late. New Takeaway from now on avoid this Takeaway!!

So we ordered food which arrived 15 minutes late and was cold . I called them and they stated they would give me a discount next time. As the person on the phone spoke to the manager I heard him say ‘they are still crying over it’. I then asked to speak to the manager who apologised for the previous comments. I informed him I would not be ordering from them again and informed them they would need to find another solution. The man was unhelpful and rude. He stayed he would send fresh food but it would be 30 minutes he repeated ‘you need to send the other food back’ Would Definately not order again and would advise anybody else not to use them the service was shocking as well as the customer service. Avoid!

We ordered £29 worth of food, it took 1 hour and 55 minutes to come, I rang enquiring how long after 1 hour to be told it wouldn't be long, I also rang again after an hour and a half, to be told that even though the takeaway opens at 4pm ,they don't actually start cooking until 4.30pm, and they actually had a problem with fryer, I was given an apology for the delay, just not good enough

Over 1 hour for delivery not good at all. Still waiting 1 1/2 hours later absolutely disgusting will not order again.

I love the taste of food. We continue to order the Asian pizza that is my favorite. But yesterday I ordered Hähnchen-Bryani and Lamb-Curry, which is completely bad and not even consider to order this article. Hopefully they will deliver good food in the future. Thank you.
