Called in on the way home 9.30 pm, it was quiet placed our order it came burger meal missing so told them. Then our BBQ chicken nuggets were missing. The girl who we spoke to didn't have an appropriate attitude towards the situation and was really quite rude and non caring. We will definitely not be going again View all feedback.
Initially we went there and was very excited. Firstly, it was cash only so we were excited that we had to find a cash point so we could return. On return, we waiting 15 minutes at the counter with no service, as the machines didn’t take cash. We finally placed our order, for it to be cold, thrown together in the boxes and bags. To then find the cappuccino that was ordered was actually hot chocolate. When we asked for the cappuccino that we originally ordered, we waited a following 20-25 minutes, with one member of staff yelling “I only have one pair of hands” in addition to this, a chip was unfortunately green. Also, the amount of food that we received for £14.36 was appalling.
Polite staff explains new meals well set out for delivery and eat in clean .food very good service very good Will call again WELL DONE
The menu is next to the speaker, the first chance you get to select your order is here. The Guy huffs and puffs until you order. Ford arrived after 10 mins wait. Cold. Such a shame. Slack slack slack awful. Don’t go unless literally everywhere else is closed.
The food quality is alright when you actually get it. The drive thru queues are at least half an hour in peak times it’s quicker to drive to one of the other KFCs you could get home and eat your meal before you would have been able to even order from this one. The queues inside aren’t much better. Staff are polite but there is clearly a serious issue. If your planning on a drive thru KFC probably best to avoid there are a few others nearby where the queues are better m, or there is a McDonalds a couple of miles away.
This is the second time we’ve visited this restaurant and they’ve ran out of chicken….literally!!! How can that happen? They also let several cars still queue up for 15 minutes to be told this at the ordering station!! Get a member of staff out there informing people!! KFC get your act together.
