Flames Smallthorn - Stoke-on-Trent

The food at this restaurant is actually delicious. They offer fantastic pizza and kebabs, and the service is top-notch. I plan on ordering all of my meals from here because I truly enjoyed it.

They sent the wrong item with my order and when I was told a replacement would be sent, I had to chase it up again. I am still waiting for the correct item to be sent. The same thing happened to a family member last week.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I have to say, it was one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time! The doughnuts were also delicious. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

I have been to numerous stores of the “flames” franchise. Bearing this in mind you would expect a similar quality of service, food and atmosphere; this was not the case in the Smallthorne flames takeaway. The rude imbecile lady was unable to communicate with me due to my order having asked me a minimum of three times for each question regarding my simple cheesy chips (you would think due to her asking this she would get the order correct) Wearing glasses of a humongous size that were perched on her nose you think that she would be able to see and press the correct buttons on the screen to create my order the way I stated. The easily made cheese on my chips were not melted, making the indigestible clumps of food unable to swallow, also when I clearly stated that I would only like a small amount of mayonnaise on my meal I was given it by the bucketload to a point where I was unable to see my chips. Unless you would like your meal to be soggy to the point that you think the food was made beneath sea level do not order from here.
