Costa Coffee Hanley, situated just inside the Intu Potteries Shopping Centre, this cafe offers a range of Coffees, Cakes, Sandwiches and soft drinks. The staff are very friendly and helpfully, chatting with customers. The coffee is good and the food is OK. Very busy. Only two staff who coped very well though struggled to clean tables. Place could do with a good spring clean especially in the window area, doesn't look as though it's been touched in weeks. View all feedback.

The wife and I come here with our children and love the staff here, always friendly and very helpful, easy to talk to and have a giggle with. Not a huge amount of seating indoor but made up with a few outdoor seats. Disabled toilet, and the shop is flat all through. Couldn't recommend enough
Always a treat. The Wiltshire ham and cheese toasties are lovely. Unfortunately there is usually a queue owing to the fresh coffee being made. However, you can preorder and collect which many local workers do for their lunch.
I had the best experience the other day with my grandaughter she had her own coffee decaff of course with soya the lady behind made her feel so special and looked after us amazingly so a big thank you this this lady she is the best x
As always: delicious coffee and friendly and fast service. I am always satisfied. I recommend.
