Costa Coffee - Stoke-on-Trent

Costa coffee is a place I like to visit when in longton the personal hard always works with a smile never a bad day here I can not mistake the personal it is like a second family. well made ladies on layer around 13:25 clock today

That is necessary in any case in longton. it is one of the better costa sockets, although, if very busy, it can be loud; but it hits all other costas hands down when it comes to customer service. the team here is simply the best! happy, helpful, committed and always ready to pass the time of the day with them, even though busy. a beautiful place to repair my coffee!

Visited with the family and it is very clean and tidy, spacious open plan with sufficient space for large groups and/or families. the staff in the load were very friendly and welcoming, willing to chat and ask how they are and how their day was, they ensured our order was correct and made to our requirements. always had a co-worker who had to wipe contact points between the uses of the facilities by customers. lots of space for parking also and convenient to the other companies on the retail park. will definitely use this as my new regular coffee shop.

Dear costa, the personal was also very nice. nice clean business. very busy, but we always manage to get a place. also high chairs for babies.

I called today. some tabs were locked for sd, but it was expected. the service was slow, 3 employees working. large latte ordered, although sitting in my drink, was served in takeaway cup, as no large latte glasses available. while waiting...for an americano to be served again (with 2 apps to get free drinks) another worker came by to the contrary and began to serve the one behind me in the waiting line. only when another employee tried to remove my laugh from the counter, I could tell them that I was waiting to be reused. no apologies, but they have taken my order, which serves me before the other man. Much to the abuse of the man, but I was there first what he could see. because the people were leaving tables were not cleaned, no bins available that they can use themselves, so everything remains on tables. when we were there 6 tables plus our still waiting to be cleaned, in consideration of the 3 employees only 11 tables available to sit, this is not acceptable personal too slow because among themselves chattering, and certainly not attention to their environment. I have used this costa 3 times now and the service is pretty consistent bad
